Social and environmental policy

In the course of the years we proved ourselves as a socially committed company which develops and upgrades the good practices of benefit for the society. Our social policy is focused on supporting events and initiatives which provide various types of assistance to persons or groups in a disadvantaged or difficult position, and on promoting the career orientation and growth of young people.

We provide our colleagues, partners and clients with opportunities to visit workshops, conferences and forums aimed at professional and personal development. We conduct corporate trainings and organize teambuilding events aimed at uniting the team and strengthening the connections between the employees in the various offices and the departments. We are aware of social issues and work for their resolution.

Pursuing our policy of social responsibility, we will endeavor to be as close as possible to our clients, partners and friends in the future as well, and we will encourage and assist them to acquire new knowledge and skills.

Our environmental policy is an essential part of our corporate activity and is focused on waste reduction, energy efficiency, promoting public awareness of environmental issues and the improvement and development of the urban environment. The practices we have implemented, and the events we have organized, as, for instance, the use of electronic documents and invoices, the ban on plastic bags and their replacement with textile and recycled paper ones, the planting of trees, the environment-oriented events with children and students and so on will be beneficial for everyone and anyone.

We have participated in the “Green Circle” initiative of Manager Journal from its very beginning and have already introduced and implement in our daily activities a number of environment-friendly practices. We regularly participate in environmental workshops, research for preservation of the environment, awareness campaigns on the preservation of the environment and conservation of natural resources.
