The quality management system in arte.doc is certified by BUREAU VERITAS in compliance with Certificate ISO 9001:2008 and in compliance with the requirements for provision of translation services from European Standard BDS ЕN 17100:2015-05 “Translation Services – Service Requirements”, which guarantees that all the orders, regardless of the fact whether they are small translations or big international projects, are executed in conformity with the established global and European standards in this business.
We have built our own ERP system Arte-Manager for managing of translation orders. In it, every translation is filed under its own unique identification number, under which the most appropriate translator, terminological editor, and specific time frame for the project are assigned.
