We offer unique prices based on a mutual consent with our clients. When an order is processed you receive a quote that includes the price of the purchase and is built upon your personal specifications. Only then we are ready to start working on your order. Moreover, we could offer you our feedback and suggestions in order to help you figure out which of our services best suits your needs.
Once a quote is produced we would stick to the original price that is set in it. Depending on the type and quantity of the order we can give you different discounts. The prices we offer you are always described in details based on the various steps of the working process. Thus, you are aware exactly of what you are paying for.

Translations

Once you contact us, you will receive your personal quote which includes the price, deadline, and the discount we could present you.
How we calculate the price

• The prices we offer are estimated per source word and per standard page (1500 characters without intervals).
• We can also calculate the price per word. This method is most commonly used for CAT services.
• Another method is calculation per number of printed pages, which is one page of the document you have sent to us regardless of the number of words or characters. Usually we use this for legalized translations.
• Finally, we could calculate the number of characters (letters, numbers, or symbols) in the text in order to set the price of your translation. This is usually done for oriental languages.

Pricing on interpretation

Once you contact us, you will receive your personal quote which includes the price, deadline, and the discount we could offer you. The price for interpreting does not include any technical support. We charge additionally for it.
How we calculate the price

• The price for interpreting is usually calculated per hour.
• For simultaneous translations we offer a minimum service of four hours of work. Thus, the price is calculated per 4 hrs.

• Seasonal discount, which varies and is offered from time to time, accompanied with a certain promotion.

• Discount for regular clients, which is offered annually and is accompanied with a survey.
